We kindly request formal attire: suits and ties, or midi- to floor-length dresses. We can't wait to see everyone dressed up!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Please arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors; we’ll provide blankets for extra warmth. If it’s too cold or raining, the ceremony will move indoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be held inside.

Shuttle service will run between all three hotels and the Vineyards at Aquebogue. Pickup and return times will be posted here closer to the wedding—please check back for the schedule.

Yes! The after-party will be at Jerry & The Mermaid, at 469 East Main Street in Riverhead (next to the Hyatt Place)

Yes! There is on-site parking at The Vineyards at Aquebogue. Please allow extra time for parking and walking to the ceremony area behind the main building — there will be signage and attendants to help direct you on the day of the wedding.
