The wedding dress code is formal attire. Please wear a suit of any color, nice cocktail dress, or pantsuit.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Please arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors; we’ll provide blankets for extra warmth. If it’s too cold or raining, the ceremony will move indoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be held inside.

Shuttle service will run between Hyatt Place and The Vineyards at Aquebogue. Pickup and return times will be posted here closer to the wedding—please check back for the schedule.

Yes — the after-party will be at Jerry & the Mermaid, just next to the hotels!

Yes - there is on-site parking at The Vineyards at Aquebogue; please allow a few extra minutes for parking and walking to the ceremony area and follow venue signage and attendants’ directions on the day.
