We kindly request formal attire: suits and ties, or midi- to floor-length dresses. We can't wait to see everyone dressed up!

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors; we’ll provide blankets for extra warmth. If it’s too cold or raining, the ceremony will move indoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be held inside.

Shuttle service will run between all three hotels and The Vineyards at Aquebogue. Shuttles will begin departing the hotels for the venue at 2:30 PM and will run throughout the evening for early returns; the final return to the hotels departs at 9:00 PM.

Yes! The after-party will be at Jerry & The Mermaid, at 469 East Main Street in Riverhead (next to the Hyatt Place). There will be no shuttles from the afterparty to the hotels after 9pm, but Ubers are plentiful in the area.

Yes! There is on-site parking at The Vineyards at Aquebogue. Please allow extra time for parking and walking to the ceremony area behind the main building — there will be signage and attendants to help direct you on the day of the wedding.

We’ll be at the Hotel Indigo bar for a nightcap on Thursday, November 5th at 8:45 PM—please stop by if you’d like to join us!

Check-in is 3:00 PM at Hotel Indigo and Preston House, and 4:00 PM at Hyatt Place. If you plan to stay only on Friday, November 6th, these times conflict with the start of the event; please request early check-in when booking and the hotel will advise availability. If an earlier check-in is not available or your room is not yet ready, the hotels can securely hold your luggage until you return after the celebration.
